English translation: leather passport holders

Spanish term or phrase: fundas de cuero para resortes

Hi!

I would like to ask you for an opinion about the "para resortes" bit. It is a part of a bigger description of a company's products to be included in the EU Trademarks database. The description is as follows:
"Hilos de cuero. Tiras de cuero. Fundas de cuero para resortes y para tarjetas de crédito."
Now, this term already appears in the Euroclass database:

But what sense does it make to translate it as "Casings, of leather, for springs"? What could it even mean?
Any ideas?

Thank you, I decided to go with this answer and informed the agency I'm doing this for that "resortes" must be a mistake.

Asker: So would you "correct the mistake" by translating it into "passport holders", even though that's not what the original text says? Normally I would too, and I would probably make a note explaining that I think it's a typo, but as it's for a EU database (and there's no space to put notes), I don't really know what I should do...
