I think that I might put a full stop after "esta factura" and start a new sentence with "si se produce" - "If this occurs after payment of the commission, the same/equivalent amount..."

Asker: How would you include "non-payment" in the sentence? That coma gives me headaches!

Asker: The coma after "el no cobro".

Asker: I thought so! It had no meaning, I wanted a second opinion. Is the comma necessary after "después del pago"?
