An Oberstufengymnasium is the gymnasiale Oberstufe, i.e. the top three grades of secondary school: 11th, 12th and 13th. 3. We do have grammar schools in the US, but they are primary schools. 4. I usually translate Gymnasium as academic secondary school and I think that's how I'd translate your term, leaving out all the specifics. |
