neutral  Nikki Scott-Despaigne: Not just "learning". VAC=v° des acquis, but see also VAE (v° des acquis d'exp; some use it for 'enseignement') + VAP (v° des acquis prof.). VAC covers skills acq. thro' prof exp. and/or formal learning.//She is, but both can apply.
