Law/Patents - Law (general) / Divorce decree (Ecuador)
Spanish term or phrase: revisión de omisiones / omisiones de solemnidad sustancial
In this divorce decree, "revisión de omisiones" is the title of the paragraph and "omisiones de solemnidad sustancial" is indicated in the paragraph. Just not sure if there may specific terms for these, other my thought of "Review of omissions" and "substantial omissions of solemnity."

Here is the text:

Explanation:
I started out the reference post to support the use of essential legal formalities because it sounds good, but in researching the term further, I realised it is significantly more common around the world in general to use substantial.

Otherwise, the rest of the nomenclature is standard.

Reference: Solemnity

Reference information:
According to Black's Law Dictionary, http://thelawdictionary.org/solemnity/

Solemnity: A rite or ceremony; the formality established by law to render a con- tract, agreement or other act valid.

However, almost all references to substantial solemnity refer to material originally in Spanish.

Substantial legal formalities</i<¡>, on the other hand, appears regularly, in both formal and informal texts. EU -> http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/en/TXT/?uri=CELEX:520...

Essential legal formalities, on the other hand, seems to be more favoured by informal texts, and legal texts in India. There's also a book that refers to this term but calls it a French term (together with other terms in the paragraph).

Given the above, I would recommend the use of substantial legal formalities, which has the highest level of hits and seems to have a significantly higher level of use world-wide.
