English term or phrase: What the fuck am I doing?
After struggling whether she wanted to become an exotic dancer, at her friend's suggestion, Ilana is finally ready for an audition at the Gentlemen's Club:

"An hour and fifty-five minutes later, I sat at one of a long row of makeup stations, staring at my reflection. The unfamiliar face that looked back at me was exotic—even beautiful—but it wasn’t me. What the fuck am I doing?"

I'm looking for an idiomatic translation in PT-Br that takes into account the vulgar register. Any suggestions?
