I would keep it vague since there certainly is a difference between images and graphics. While images may cover graphics, graphics do not cover images (such as logos):

disagree  Susan Starling: Interesting link. Thing is, "Grafik" in the context of "Systemdesign and Grafik" doesn't quite mean "graphical images" as in the above link, but rather what Phil says above. "Images" ("Bilder") would be much too specific here IMO.

agree  Susan Starling: Agree that we need to first consider "Systemdesign." While "system design" could well apply to website UIs etc., and you might study "system design" for this, I imagine it's more common to say "Website and graphic design" in English publication credits.
