Oto odpowiedź, którą dostałem z Essex Registration Service:

Question:
In a Certified copy of an entry of marriage issued at your office we read "Marriage solemnized by schedule". Could you explain in more detail what 'by schedule' means here, please?

Answer:
Hello xxx, the schedule is a legal document that provides the authority for a marriage in England and Wales to proceed.

- The register will be replaced with a Marriage Schedule, which is an A4 document which will be signed by the officiants, the couple, and their witnesses.
- After the ceremony the information contained in the Schedule will be entered into an electronic register.

The Marriage Schedule will contain the details of the couple getting married -
name; date of birth; martial status; occupation; and address; along with
where and when the marriage takes place.

You will also be able to include your mother, father and / or parent's details
as well. This is recorded for family history purposes, and up until now only father's details have been included.

The Schedule will be prepared by the registrars in the district where you are
marrying, and the information taken from the notice of your intention to marry. The registrars will bring it with them to the marriage venue. You, your witnesses and the registrars will sign the Schedule at the end of the wedding ceremony.

After the ceremony the registrar will record the information from the Schedule
onto the electronic register.

... marriages in England and Wales taking place on or after 4 May 2021 must do so under the new schedule system, even where civil or ecclesiastical preliminaries have already taken place.

A ‘marriage document’ (CofE / CinW) or ‘marriage schedule’ (all other) will be used by the specified person to record the details of the marriage for the register. The document or schedule must be returned to the local Register Office within 21 days to enable the registration to take place. Only then will marriage certificates be issued.

There will no longer be a marriage register or duplicate marriage register or certificates at ceremonies. All marriages taking place in any church or registered building will now be registered after the ceremony by the Local Registration Service (LRS).
