Asker: Merci beaucoup Samuel, effectivement je manque moi-même de précisions dans le document en question (et le reste de la phrase n'apporte pas plus d'éléments d'explication sur 'charge numbers' : "The investment must be approved before opening charge numbers and prior to initiating any work or committing/expending funds."). J'attends encore un peu avant de clore le sujet, mais votre proposition doit s'approcher de l'idée ! :)

disagree  Germaine: Le terme "fournissement" s'applique aux apports d'associés, pas aux postes comptables. Je doute également de l'emploi de "compte" dans cette phrase - malgré la suggestion de Termium et sans exclure un emploi éventuel ailleurs.

neutral  Jennifer Levey: The ST rather clearly refers to the one-off generation of a new 'poste comptable', not the 'affectation' of sums to an existing 'poste comptable'.

  -> Right. But, in accounting, any new investment has to always receive a new affectation, as it's mandatory according to IFRS regulations. The difference between new or existing "poste comptable" is not relevant for accountants and auditors.
