la Corte d’Appello è già perfettamente informata della situazione Parti Civili (di quelle – tantissime - che hanno revocato in primo grado e del processo di estensione delle transazioni attualmente in atto) e su richiesta specifica loro formulata ha ritenuto di non porre termini temporali alla accettazione (e quindi di ottenere una mappatura preventiva della situazione): il dato incrementale di adesione, del resto , non è brillantissimo , in quanto non in grado di modificare drammaticamente la percentuale dei soggetti che avevano revocato in precedenza (meno di un terzo dei rimanenti ha aderito alla nuova offerta) .
Non assillerei quindi assolutamente il Collegio in questa fase con informativa che francamente non mi pare rilevante ai fini che ci occupano.
