Context:

CONTROL DE CALIDAD DE PRODUCTO FINAL (tabla con muchos parametros)

Parametro: Proteína o.d.b (Lowry)
Límites: No más de 1,0 %
Lote 1: 0,4 % sba
Lote 2: 0,4 % sba
Lote 3: 0,5 % sba
Observaciones: MAGE138

Does anyone know what sba means? Thanks in advance!

If you know the answer, you can close the question w/o giving points as "found the answer somewhere else" (because it was through the discussion, not a formal answer). I think there's also the "just closed" option.

Either what Filippe says or a typo for sbs.

I knew that obd is on dry basis, so yes, either way, this is definitely odb. Thanks, guys! I don't know how to handle the grading/closing of this, please advise.

So you think sba is the Spanish for odb? That figures, though if so it's probably "su" rather than "sustancia".
You can be blind and still stumble onto the right answer.

As Phil notes, o.d.b. is "on dry basis"; "sba" is "sustancia base anhidra".

I think odb is on dry basis. Could sba be "su base" something?
