Mira: https://thoracickey.com/echocardiography-basic-principles-an... The axial resolution (resolution along the axis of the ultrasound beam) is dependent on the spatial pulse length (SPL). The shorter the SPL, the better the resolution. Figura 12. Therefore, the spatial pulse length is the distance from the beginning of a single pulse train to its end. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3843760/ "Our solution must handle the case in which any VTS signal arrives during the window in which an ECG R-wave signal is already asserted (i.e., 150 ms pulse length). This will result in an obscured VTS signal. There are also timing cases that, while not obscuring the VTS signal, might confound interpretation of the cardiac gating for one cardiac interval. These cases would obscure the arrival of the ECG R-wave during the window in which any VTS signal is already asserted (i.e., 50 ms pulse length)." Durrani/_teaching/TA1.p... 3.1 Desired signal The heart pulse received on the skin by electrodes is a result of traveling electrical activity from the heart. At the skin, this signal has a relative potential in the range of about ~2mV. This pulse as depicted in Figure 1 has a pulse length of about 20ms and therefore has a very low bandwidth of 50Hz. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 8 horas (2022-12-06 09:30:50 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Lo siento, en mi respuesta puse 2 veces QTcSLP y debe ser QTcSPL, SPL = Signal / Spatial Pulse Length |

Reference: QTcSPL Reference information: My guess: QT interval correction of Sound Pression Level: Sound pressure level (SPL) is the pressure level of a sound, measured in decibels (dB). It is equal to 20 x the Log10 of the ratio of the Root Mean Square (RMS) of sound pressure to the reference of sound pressure (the reference sound pressure in air is 2 x 10-5 N/m2, or 0,00002 Pa). Or, in other words is the ratio of the absolute sound pressure against a reference level of sound in the air. The QT interval is an ECG measure that describes the time between ventricular depolarization (resulting in the “QRS complex”) and its repolarization (resulting in the “T wave”).
