right gaze deviation and left homonymous hemianopia Explanation: Creo que DOC debe leerse como desviación ocular conjugada (right gaze deviation; conjugate eye deviation) y no como "oculocefálica". En cuanto a HHI, como ya apuntado por Marie, ofrece pocas dudas en el contexto dado (hemianopsia homónima izquierda; en inglés left homonymous hemianop(s)ia). Ambos signos concuerdan con un right hemisphere stroke. |
