I am having a lot of problems translating this segment.
The sentence is "Conformément à l'arrêté du 28 mai 2010 fixant les conditions de réalisation du diagnostic de l'infection à VIH 1 et 2, le dépistage VIH est rendu avec un réactif détectant les anticorps anti-VIH 1 et 2 et l'antigène p24 du VIH 1 avec une sensibilité < 2 UI/ml."
Are these guidelines on how the tests are carried out?
