It is a project by a social charitable foundation.

"El Projecte consisteix en l’anàlisi de polítiques i desenvolupament d’instruments per a la gestió del paisatge i el desenvolupament rural sostenible a partir de l’intercanvi d’experiències i metodologies locals en les següents àrees; gestió sostenible de recursos hídrics, conservació i protecció del paisatge agrari, gestió d’espais naturals protegits i d’activitats productives, integració i restauració de l’arquitectura i de nous desenvolupaments urbanístics en el paisatge rural. El projecte s’ha guiat per les directrius del Conveni Europeu del Paisatge"

I am unsure whether they really mean "urban developments in rural landscapes (areas?)", though that is what it says. Could anyone clarify, please?
