a flash of thought/idea Explanation: 「一念」是很快發生、稍縱即逝的念頭。 |

a single thought Explanation: The Ten Dharma Realms are not apart from a single thought of the mind An Image of a Single Thought. single_thought.jpg. More improvements in brain scanning, resulting in higher accuracy, real-time scans. The Power of A Single Thought: How to Initiate Major Life Changes from the Quiet of Your Mind: Books: -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 14 hrs (2006-08-07 06:53:14 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- 天堂和地狱在我们心中只有一步之差,也只有一念之差 善与恶,只是一念之差而已,自性迷,即是众生,自性善,即是佛。 |

IMHO Explanation: I visualize this “一念之間” is an instantaneous perception of a good performance by the management. It happened so fast, there is no time for an explicit decision making, but rather it’s an implicit recognition – a gut feeling if you will. I suggest let’s call this “一念之間” – “instant recognition” of the management. |
