Explanation:
Not 100% sure. In fact this is probably useless! But i'm interested in it - 'reprint' is usually 重印本,if you reset the typesetting in printing it is sometimes called 重排(印) - so it may mean a book that has been reset. I still haven't answered the question, have I? Sorry!
