Dutch term or phrase: dubbelzijdig georganiseerd
I THINK they mean that both the front and back of the buildings have 'front-door approachability' (my wording). I've got 'have accessible facades'... Anyone know what is, or sounds, correct in architecture?

Organization, configuration and building typology is determined by site constraints, site strategy , program, integration of mixed uses, etc. Horizontal and/ or vertical circulation determine unit access, which in turn imply building mass. For example, vertical core circulation may result in unit clusters which allow for *** double-oriented units ***, also implying a limited number of units per floor from a circulation core. A horizontal array implies a ‘corridor’ or ‘gallery’, single-loaded or double-loaded, thus establishing single- or *** double-oriented units ***. Horizontal arrays can grow, stagger, twist, in response to site factors. Corridors are design opportunities, transitions from semi-private to private spaces, and should be designed as such.

designed to be accessed from two sides

Explanation:

agree  Tina Vonhof (X): I would say 'designed with street access on two sides'. Many houses can be accessed from two sides but then it is via a back alley.

Asker: Klinkt goed met Christines uitleg erbij. Maybe 'dual oriented'...

dual-access

Explanation:
The international construction research conference of the
Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors uses this terminology. See page 13 of
http://www.rics.org/NR/rdonlyres/53187C6A-F89E-4FFA-ACDF-F63...
Case Study 2; flank access
Unlike case study 1 the scheme had a mixture of single and dual access dwellings. Where access was provided, a width of 1000mm had been used. This means that in dual access dwellings accommodating increases up to 100mm would be feasible, posing few problems in adjusting to 2002 standards or slightly higher.

Asker: Thanks, although this seems, according to your example, to be a synonym for 'two outside doors' and relates to energy loss through door openings.
