Dutch term or phrase: als hoofdzaak aanmerken
I am currently translating a Distribution Agreement, and am struggling to find a suitable translation for the above term.

The context is as follows:

A. van den End suggest "main action", "main principal", but I am not entirely sure whether this is the appropriate term to use in this case.

All suggestions welcome - KudoZ points will be awarded within 72 hours.

Many thanks,

Anne

Many thanks for your help - just what I was looking for! (I added "property" to highlight the fact that 'zaak' in this context is 'property' or 'goods' and not court proceedings
