Explanation: Van Dale : "collegiaal : 1. zoals onder collega's past of gewoon is; 2. door een college geleid" (college meaning "bestuurslichaam") Guess option 2 is the right one. (chairs) a joint decision-making board Explanation: The previous answer joint management board is incorrect as that implies two or more independent management boards that have come together for a particular purpose which isn't the case here. Other than paraphrasing, the only other suggestion I can think of is: "The director of general affairs chairs a joint decision-making board which also comprises......" |

Collegial Board Explanation: Collegial: characterized by or having authority vested equally among colleagues; "collegial harmony"; "a tendency to turn from collegial to one-man management" Synonyms: agreeing, collective, joint etc. etc. As a 'collegial board' joint decision making would be obvious. Don't know if it is a commonly used term, however, did get a few google hits. |
