"Op het moment van overlijden van mijn man bestond de nalatenschap uit diverse onroerende goederen, waardepapieren etc. Sommige vermogensbestanddelen in de nalatenschap werden niet rechtstreeks **op naam gehouden** maar middels vennootschappen."

Ik begrijp wat er staat, maar wil graag weten hoe je dit in correct Frans zegt. Alvast bedankt voor de hulp!
