Crumble kann auch mit Brösel übersetzt werden. Ich habe nachgeschaut und gefunden, dass Krokantbrösel auch möglich ist und wollte auf diese Möglichkeit hinweisen. Die Fragestellerin kann sich dann für die eine oder andere Möglichkeit entscheiden.

disagree  Edith Kelly: Nougatine ist kein deutsches Wort, das ist Krokant. // Und nach meiner Antwort dann plötzlich "Krokant" nachzulegen, ist wohl nicht so ganz die Etikette. Und Brösel klingt nach Semmelbrösel.
