Ik kom deze zin op twee manieren tegen:

"zodat het verzoek tot echtscheiding als op de wet gegrond voor toewijzing vatbaar is"

en

"het verzoek tot opname van het echtscheidingsconvenant kan als op de wet gegrond worden toegewezen"

Ik kom maar niet op een mooie vertaling van dit "als op de wet gegrond toewijzen/toegewezen". Wie helpt? Alvast bedankt!
