В речниците дават 2 варианта за capitalize: 1. Всички букви главни 2. Само началната буква главна. Термини с главни букви отговаря и на двете, защото е двусмислено.

Но термини с главна буква е вече еднозначно, че само първата буква е главна.

По-вероятно е, съдейки по английски текстове, само първата буква да е главна. Те често "капитализират" думите.
