neutral  keepdancing: I can agree to the translation of "草根运动",but find it hard to accept the awkward translation of the definition. Translator of the definition is not even aware of the difference between "启发" and "发起"...... 社会上的"变化"通常是由有势力实体"启发"或操作的，草根运动....是指群众"启发"的运动。
