Nezní to až tak oficiálně, ale celkem to vystihuje onen otevírací "mechanismus". Každý ví, co si pod tím má představit.

Také jsem našel možnost "odtrhávací očko" (viz. druhý odkaz):
"...nápoje se začaly prodávat v plechovkách s odtrhávacím očkem."
