Als je heel vrij gaat, zou je de hele menuoptie nog kunnen vertalen als: 'Schakelen tussen geheugenkaart/harddisk'.

Ik denk dat je hier niet al te diep over moet nadenken, je kunt gewoon letterlijk vertalen.
Een 'autosave slot' is een positie binnen het apparaat voor auto-opslag. In de meeste spellen heb je ruimte voor, zeg, 10 opgeslagen spellen. Elk van die posities heet een 'slot'.
