2’s complement from 64 / relative complément à deux / rélatif Explanation: GDT gives this (search: twos), and I'm fairly happy this is the standard mathematical / computing term The 'relative' here seems to be as distinct from 'absolute', in which case I believe 'rélatif' is the correct translation -------------------------------------------------- Note added at -19 min (2006-02-13 10:31:00 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Sorry, I left off "...de 64" --- that bit's only a guess, but it would make sense, logically... |
