disagree  swisstell: ich war nicht im Bund aber dennoch im Militärdienst. Den gibt es nämlich auch noch in weitern Ländern.

  -> Bei einer Übersetzung ins Deutsche kommt es aber darauf an, dass der Sinn rüberkommt, also sollte man das ruhig abändern.
