English term or phrase: incident response plan
For example, a plan which may be drawn up to combat oil spills. I'd like to stick to "Vorfall" for incident but can't work out the rest (something along the lines of Alarmplan?)

Any ideas anyone?

Notfallplan
Explanation:
..or "Notfallreaktionsplan"

I'd prefer this to "Alarmplan". "Notfallplan" alone (without "-reaktions") would suffice to cover everything from oil spills to lorry accidents to P+E failure to ...
