it says that the delivery condition comprises the costs of freight.I personally know only the term CIF (which means cost, insurance, freight. Please ask your client whether it should read CIF or not.

Asker: I think your answer matches with the parties' agreement, although the same Clause goes on like following: "100 euro is charged on each order as handling fee." . Do the two sentences contradict each other?
