Sziasztok!

A fent megnevezett kifejezésekre keresek helyes terminust, amely mellimplantátum használati útmutatójának szövegében fordul elő. Az én megoldásom: külső és belső lemez/fal/ réteg (?) vagy maradjon lumen? Egy kis kontextus:

The B-Lite/DL is a double lumen BI, (round or anatomical) with each lumen defined by its own shell. The Anterior (outer) Lumen contains a smaller (inner) Posterior Lumen. The Anterior Lumen defines the implant’s outer shape. The filler material throughout the implant utilizes the B-lite technology which is based on a silicone gel containing hollow borosilicate microspheres, which are chemically bound to the silicone gel filler and thus referred to as “silicone gel covered microspheres”. The concentration of microspheres in each lumen is different. The gel mixture in the Posterior Lumen includes high concentration of microspheres in order to achieve substantial reduction in weight while keeping the implant volume. The Anterior Lumen, however, contains a lower concentration of microspheres, providing moderate reduction in weight but maintaining the implant’s mechanical properties, including the natural feel. The shell of each lumen is closed with a patch made of the same silicone elastomers as the shell and glued using an adhesion component, with small silicone cap on the inner side of Posterior Lumen patch, used for gel filling. The structure is depicted in Figure 1. The B-Lite/DL shape is defined using the same parameters as a standard BI (volume, base, profile type, projection, etc.)
