型入れ Explanation: 焼型に入れる前に生地を延ばしたりするのですが、うまく延ばさないと縮む現象の文ですね。 なので、平らに延ばす(sheeting)時に使用する器具を調節しなさいと・・・ パン教室にずっと通っているので自信あります。 |
