English term or phrase: 5 Principles for Problem Solving
The "5 Principles for Problem Solving" (5P) form is a form that is widely used in automotive-related manufacturing companies. It is required by the automaker when a quality problem is found at a supplier.

I am wondering if there is a specific Japanese name for this? And if there are any Japanese links online about it? So far I could only find English ones.

Thanks.
