Zostawiłabym ADS z wyjaśnieniem w nawiasie, o co chodzi. Obawiam się, że ADR i ADS to nie to samo.

Netia Holdings S.A. (zwana dalej "Spółką") podaje do publicznej wiadomości, że oprócz 14.951.355 akcji Spółki będących w posiadaniu Telii AB (publ.) i jej podmiotu zależnego Telii Holding Polen AB w posiadaniu Telii AB (publ) znajduje się dodatkowo 200.000 ADS-ów (American Depositary Shares) wyemitowanych na podstawie akcji Spółki.
