The Events’ Notification shall contain the dates upon which any event have occurred, its consequences on the Works, all the information and data available in this respect, as well as the Contractor’s proposal for an extension. The Principal may require additional information and any data reasonably required in order to evaluate the possibility of extension, within a time period of 10 (ten) Business Days as of the date of receipt of the Events’ Notification.
