M-am gîndit mult cum s-ar putea traduce cel mai bine acest termen.

O traducere literală ar fi "injoncţiune", dar limbajul juridic o consacră ca atare (sau nu ştiu eu să o consacre), iar cea mai apropriată noţiune din dreptul nostru ar fi "ordonanţa preşedinţială", dar nu există o suprapunere 100%.

Scuze, dar eram foarte obosit cînd am scris comentariul! E plin de greşeli. Corect ar trebui să fie:
"O traducere literală ar fi "injoncţiune", dar limbajul juridic nu o consacră ca atare (sau nu ştiu eu să o consacre), iar cea mai apropiată noţiune din dreptul nostru ar fi "ordonanţa preşedinţială", dar nu există o suprapunere 100%".
