Si la colonne est déjà packée d'une précédente production, réaliser un pic de toluène pour vérifier l'efficacité du tassement.
Vérifier que le pic ne présente pas d'épaulement sinon prévenir l'encadrement.
Relever les paramètres efficacité, asymétrie.
Insérer le tracé dans le document relié.
