Under the heading "Refuelling operations":

"Sont également garantis les dommages dus aux:
1) Vice ou impureté du produit,
2) Erreur sur la qualité ou la nature du produit,
3) Collisons quelles que soient leur nature et leur importance, pour tous matériels ou équipements mobiles, avec les avions, matériels et équipements des tiers.
Cette extension de garantie sera accordée à l'Assuré à chaque fois que sa responsabilité civile se trouve engagée, quel que soit le pays de survenance de l'accident:
