agree  Artur Heinrich: Genau, der 1. Krieg ist der "informatisierte" (sprich "Hightech-") Krieg, der andere der IK (Informationskrieg) ... zum Glück gibt's ja bald "unser "Galileo" anstelle des GPS :-)
