Das Garen kann man auch weglassen.... Ich habe etwa 2 Seiten Google-Treffer für Lamm in Papier sowie ein paar für Lamm in Pergament.

  -> Es gibt etwa 2 Seiten Google-Treffer, aber natürlich geht auch Folie. Ich persönlich würde jedoch eher ein Lamm in Papier bestellen (von der Formulierung her).
agree  BrigitteHilgner: Ich selbst habe sie noch nie verwendet, aber wenn Freundinnen mit "papillotes (die nennen das übrigens auch in Dt so) kochten, dann waren das immer Päckchen aus einer Art Pergament-/Backpapier. "Folie" würde ich das nicht nennen (steht aber auch im Web)
