Beaucoup de commerçants acceptaient les bons de la Semeuse comme mode de paiement" aus http://www.montbouge.net/article.php3?id_article=374 Viel mehr habe ich auch nicht gefunden, es muss wohl so etwas wie Wohlfahrtsscheine gewesen sein. Zu "difficilement consommables ou ne correspondant pas à des achats prévus et ciblés" passt Gutscheine nicht schlecht.
