Es geht um die vertragliche Haftung für das Personal einer gemeinnützigen Vereinigung. Der Text stammt aus Belgien. Der Abschnitt lautet:

"Les mandataires sont tenus d’agir dans l’intérêt social et leur obligation est, en principe, une obligation de moyen. Si le mandat n’est pas rémunéré, la responsabilité est appliquée de manière moins rigoureuse. En ce qui concerne les travailleurs sous contrat de travail, la loi limite leur responsabilité contractuelle à leur faute lourde ou à leur faute légère répétitive (art. 18 Loi 3 juillet 1978).
