Su richiesta giustificata del contribuente, l’ammontare degli interessi di mora "è diminuito dell’ammontare delle spese" eventualmente sostenute per la costituzione delle garanzie necessarie ad assicurare il recupero delle imposte contestate.

Non so ho ben interpretato la frase fra asterischi, mi spiego, sono gli interessi di mora che sono dedotti dalle spese sostenute o il contrario?
