agree  Maria Garcia: absolument, pero la gérance implica más que el simple arriendo. En ocasiones hay un traspaso real de todos los bienes y derechos del negocio, por lo q sería más un traspaso. Cabe tb "cesión", o, incluso, "bajo la administracion y gerencia de un tercero".
