Wenn ein Kunde nicht bezahlt, bekommt er eine Mahnung aus CarLo (der Name dieser Software). Jede Mahnung ist mit einem neuen Zahlungsziel verbunden. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Mahnungen. Wenn aber irgendwann klar ist, dass der Kunde wahrscheinlich nicht bezahlen wird, kann man den Status "ausgemahnt" setzen. Das hat den Sinn, dass ich nicht jeden Tag bei der Bearbeitung der offenen Mahnungen immer wieder auf die gleiche Mahnung stosse, die ja eh nicht bezahlt wird. Also so was wie ein Abfallkorb für Mahnungen. Gibt es ein französiche Begriff für sowas? Wenn nicht könnte ich etwas wie "non payeur" benutzen oder die Idee von Abfallkorb übersetzen - "corbeille" ???

Normalerweise zieht man nach "ausgemahnt" vor Gericht. Das erledigt der "Service des contentieux".

Ansonsten ist die Papierkorb-Idee sicher nicht schlecht.

apropos "Papierkorb": ich würde doch wohl eher dann
"Schwarze Liste" o. ä. schreiben. Denn Unterlagen von Kunden, die nicht zahlen, sollte man schon aufbewahren ... auch wenn's nur "Peanuts" sind.
