pentru vatamarile corporale (sau: daunele morale si materiale) aduse persoanei.

Nu imi dau seama despre ce fel de daune este vorba din propozitia asta. Oricum mi se pare ciudata raspunderea *nelimitata*, avand in vedere ca, de regula, se specifica o anumita suma-limita.

\"Personenschaden\" se refera la ranirea sau decesul unei persoane in urma accidentarii acesteia, deci este vorba doar de vatamari corporale si nu de daune materiale si morale.

*Sachschäden* sunt daunele materiale. Nu sunt mai importante, avand in vedere ca aici s-a fixat, totusi, o limita :-)
