pan
Explanation:
The word 'σινί' or 'σινίν' is the Cypriot dialect word for the sort of large pan which is used in the kitchen for cooking things like a joint in the oven. So this phrase would seem to refer to whatever the equivalent is in the world of plumbing and the cleaning thereof.

Thank you and thanks to everyone who contributed. In descriptions of air-conditioning systems, I've seen "drip pan" and drain pan". "Pan" on its own is probably enough here.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Great! From a Google search for σινί, I got the idea that this might be some kind of large dish or tray, but I didn't find anything specifically Cypriot, and was left wondering whether it could mean something totally different here.
