In particolare sono stati esaminati i caratteri comuni della tradizione della cucina trapanese e di quella tunisina con le componenti interculturali secolari che le contraddistinguono e l’interpretazione della Cucina Mediterranea sulle due sponde del Canale.

Non riesco a renderlo come vorrei, non mi crea problemi la traduzione ma vorrei rendere l'intera frase più chiara.
