In tema di iscrizione a ruolo dei crediti degli enti previdenziali, l`art. 24 comma 5 del d.lgs. 26 febbraio 1999 n. 46, dispone che contro l`iscrizione a ruolo il contribuente puo` proporre opposizione al giudice del lavoro entro il termine di quaranta giorni dalla notifica della cartella di pagamento.

Explanation:
Wenn eine Abgabe/Steuer/Betrag an eine Behörde (z.B. Finanzamt, Sozialversicherung, etc.) nicht entrichtet wird, lässt die Behörde den Betrag in eine Steuerrolle eintragen "iscrizione a ruolo", das bedeutet, ab dem Zeitpunkt die staatliche Inkassogesellschaft "Equitalia" eingeschaltet wird, welche den Zahler auffordert, innerhalb von 60 Tagen den Betrag zu bezahlen und wenn dies nicht erfolgt darf Equitalia die eingeschriebenen Summen (somme iscritte a ruolo) auch mit Zwangsmitteln einholen.
